I absolutely love my bag...this is my 3rd bag going in for my 4th bag soon
I am very disappointed with ALL 3 bags I have purchased from this company. These bags arrived out of form/shape. When I addressed this issue you all said it comes from shipping and advised to stuff the bags. I did as requested and right today the bags are still the same. I requested to send the bags back, refund or half off, BUT NOTHING is being done. Instead of taking the responsibility for the out of form bags, wrinkled and dented bags, you blame it on shipping. I am sure I am not the only person who experienced this…

I ordered this bag for the Essence Fest, but it did not arrive in time. Poor planning on my end. Nonetheless, it’s ah’mazing. I have many “brand name” bags, but having my own name on the bag makes this one my absolute favorite ❤️ I will be ordering more.

The purse is beautiful, but yes I have a "but". The zipper is a problem it's hard to zip on occasion. Overall I give it a 4 if I didn't have problems with the zipper I would give it a 5. Calvara Fairburn, Georgia
Phenomenal bag that catches attention whenever I wear it. I love the artistry and the colors and I love the fact that it was personalized with my name. Better straps needed because strings are on the straps so as you can see, I changed out my straps.

Gift from hubby & love it. Affirmations are uplifting. This is my second product from Melaniva. Next one will be a gift for mom. I was a little disappointed on the lining, thought it would be the same as the makeup bag I purchased, but sadly it is not cloth. Still love the bag. A friend has a similar bag by competitor & they experienced problems with zipper. I can say that I have not had any problems & am glad I chose Melaniva.
The bags are beautiful, the sizes are bigger than I expected. The largest one is like a tote and can be used it while traveling. I love the design and the red velvet on the inside. The also have that new smell. It was a pleasure to support a Black owned business.

I will happily return it if you can send a return postage label to my email. Or a replacement if possible. Thank you. I am so happy I purchased the bag. It’s nice and roomy, more than I expected for a round bag. The wallet is a little smaller than what I’d prefer, but overall I LOVE the bag and the softness of the material. Thank you!!!
