    Return & Refund Policy

    Our Do-It-Right Guarantee ensures a smooth process:

    I received the wrong bags?

    If your order has items that differ significantly from your final design or are on the wrong products, we’ll either remake the incorrect items or provide a full or partial refund based on your preference. If we attempt to correct the issue and can’t, we’ll issue a refund for those items. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days after we receive your returned items.

    For orders shipped via DHL, we will fully refund your shipping costs if you need to return or exchange items.


    **Cancellations:**

    You can cancel the order within 6 hours. After 6 hours, since our items are custom-made just for you, a $20 customization fee is included for each item. If you want to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and the reason for the cancellation, and we will cancel it if production hasn’t started.

    When Will I Receive My Refund?


    Refunds will be issued for the original amount paid, minus shipping fees and any discounts on personalized items, except in cases of incorrect shipments. After we process your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, and it may take another billing cycle for the funds to show on your statement.

    Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Double-check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card provider — it may take time before your refund officially posts.
    3. Reach out to your bank — processing times can vary.

    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@melaniva and we’ll help you out.

    Warranty Coverage

    All bags and wallets come with a 90-day warranty, effective from the date you receive your item.

    This warranty covers any manufacturing or quality-related defects. If an issue comes up during this period, we’ll gladly exchange your item for a replacement.

    Please note:

    • We do not issue refunds for servicing or repairs.
    • Issues that occur after the 90-day window will be the responsibility of the customer.

    We recommend checking your items carefully upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations.
