    Our "We Got You" Policy


    Look, we believe in keeping it real. Every single Melaniva bag is a statement—a piece of you-and we're committed to making sure it’s perfect. This ain't about fine print; it's about our promise to you.

    Cancellations & Changes

    We know that feeling when you change your mind. We got you. You can cancel your order within 6 hours for a full refund, no questions asked.

    After that 6-hour mark, our artisans have already started bringing your custom piece to life. It’s no cap-we get to work right away to make sure your bag is a masterpiece. That’s why, if you need to cancel after 6 hours, a production fee will be applied to cover the materials and time our team has already dedicated.

    So, if you change your mind or wanna switch up the name, please let us know ASAP within that 6-hour window. It helps us out and keeps things smooth for everyone.

    If Something's Not Right

    At Melaniva, we take pride in creating one-of-a-kind masterpieces specifically for you. Because each item is uniquely handcrafted with your chosen name, please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase:

    Final Sale for Custom Items: All products marked with "Custom Name: Yes" are considered final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for these items due to "change of mind," "ordering by mistake," or "personal preference" (such as dislike of color or material scent).

    Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements: We only process a refund or send a brand-new replacement in the following specific cases:

    • Manufacturing Defects: The bag arrives with physical damage, such as deep tears or broken hardware.
    • Customization Error: The name printed/engraved on the bag does not match the name provided in your order.
    • Incorrect Item: You received a completely different model or color than what was ordered.

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. Period. If your bag arrives with a quality issue, is damaged, or has the wrong name on it, just holla at us. We'll get a brand-new one shipped to you ASAP-no extra charge, no long waits. Or, if you'd rather a refund, we can do that too. We promise to make it right because your confidence is everything to us.
