How much is shipping?

We offer FREE SHIPPING of Secure Shipping for all orders

In the meantime, we also offer Expedited DHL / FedEx / UPS Shipping service as below. Please send an email to support@frenzidea.com to check the express shipping fee

Please Note: Purchasing expedited shipping does not shorten production time, it only speeds up the shipping time.

Shipping option & Rates

We currently offer three shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping time is 10-18 business days. FREE SHIPPING for all order
  • Express Shipping: Shipping time is 7-10 business days. Please contact at contact@melaniva.com to get the express shipping fee

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Please note that orders may take up to -3 business days to process before they are shipped due to customized work involved. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holiday.

Do you ship internationally?

We happily fulfill international orders! We are proud to use UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT/USPS as our primary carrier. Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

Incorrect or Undeliverable addresses

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we will email you to let you know. Once we receive the returned package, our returns team will resend to you a new order or refund. Please note that the refund will only be processed after the parcel arrives back at our facility.

After we process your refund, your bank or payment provider may take 2–8 business days to post the funds to your account.

To avoid delays or extra charges:

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for deliveries sent to the wrong address.

  • If you contact the carrier to forward or redirect a shipment after it has left our warehouse, any loss, theft, or damage that occurs is not our responsibility.

During major promotions, packages returned because of an incomplete or unknown address, or refused/returned-to-sender shipments, will be refunded for the order subtotal minus shipping and handling fees.

Lost or Missing Packages

If the post office notifies us that your package was lost in transit, we’ll gladly replace and reship your order or issue a full refund. Please email us at contact@melaniva.com and we’ll handle it promptly.

If an item is missing from your delivery, it may have been sent separately. If you’ve received your package but an item is absent, contact us at contact@melaniva.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Occasionally, tracking may show “delivered” before you actually receive the package. If you see a delivered status but haven’t gotten your order yet, it’s likely still en route. For more details, reach out to contact@melaniva.com.
