I am very disappointed with ALL 3 bags I have purchased from this company. These bags arrived out of form/shape. When I addressed this issue you all said it comes from shipping and advised to stuff the bags. I did as requested and right today the bags are still the same. I requested to send the bags back, refund or half off, BUT NOTHING is being done. Instead of taking the responsibility for the out of form bags, wrinkled and dented bags, you blame it on shipping. I am sure I am not the only person who experienced this…
I absolutely love this purse and I have gotten so many compliments with it. The materials, the look, the feel everything is just simply gorgeous. I definitely plan on getting another pair soon!
I love this bag! Great purchase
I bought this bag for my wife. She loves large bags, because she can carry all her daily necessities in one bag. She absolutely loves, this bag. The lining, all the pockets and especially the depth. It Is also, stunningly beautiful. I don't think she even noticed, her name on the side of the bag, lol! Then, she discovered the matching wallet. The wallet, really took her over the top. Great bag, great purchase, very Happy wife. Thank you!
I ordered this bag for the Essence Fest, but it did not arrive in time. Poor planning on my end. Nonetheless, it’s ah’mazing. I have many “brand name” bags, but having my own name on the bag makes this one my absolute favorite ❤️ I will be ordering more.
I love it
The bag is beautiful!! The arm is longer than I like but overall it’s a beautiful bag!! Worth the wait.
I am so excited by wearing my new bag at work. I feel like a BOSS.
I love my new purse and wallet. The way you look feel and I love my name being on it
I just think it’s alright I will not buy again
From opening the packaging I love the bag immediately. It is good quality it feels great, I love what the saying envisions. And the fact that you can add a name on to the bag and personalize it, is amazing. I love the richness and the color of the bag Exactly what you see is exactly what you'll get. And that little extra that comes with the handbag, A matching wallet.
I really love the quality and design of my new purse and wallet. Being able to add my name is a great feature!
The bag was visibly creased and you can feel where the leather is cracking.
It was a gift for my mother in law for Mother's Day, she loved it!!! I also purchased several other bags for my mom and two of my sisters and they also loved their bags as well.

Correcting malfunction in bag.
The purse is beautiful, but yes I have a "but". The zipper is a problem it's hard to zip on occasion. Overall I give it a 4 if I didn't have problems with the zipper I would give it a 5. Calvara Fairburn, Georgia
Phenomenal bag that catches attention whenever I wear it. I love the artistry and the colors and I love the fact that it was personalized with my name. Better straps needed because strings are on the straps so as you can see, I changed out my straps.
The item itself looks really nice but it arrived with a broken zipper and misspelled words. Reach out to the company and I not sure what their plans are for replacement.
👌🏽
Will not zip close, the worst I have ever gotten. Will no recommend anyone to buy from you all. All the money you all charge is mot worth it since the wallet will not zip close
The bags showed up the day of my wifes birthday dinner and were everything imagined to be. These are so unique, well made, sturdy with plenty of room, and received many compliments
